PluginProxyStaff is a lightweight proxy plugin that lets you talk to only the staff on the current server or on all servers. The plugin works without commands for a more natural feel. The prefix is customizable. It works perfectly on Waterfall.

- bstats implementation
- Now using "ChatColor.translateAlternateColorCodes" to understand the color in the "config.yml". You can now put how much "&" you want without disappearing.
