[FIX] an error when a new player entered the server, he saw vanish players and they had to turn vanish off and on again to be invisible to him

[ADD]:

• options whether players can pick up items from the ground if they are in vanish mode

• whether players in vanish mode have fly enabled

[DEL] The silent chests feature has been lagged for now
