MinecartCollisions

MinecartCollisions had some specific tests for things like spider jockeys, skeleton traps, etc., that players might encounter while riding in their minecarts. Over the years, Minecraft has added additional combinations of mobs and passengers, such as a ravager ridden by a pillager, but these were not handled by the plugin.

This update allows for teleporting any mob being ridden by anything other than a player. This allows the plugin to function properly with all current mobs and to handle new combinations of mobs and riders in the future.
