The Tailoring Update
- Added the Tailoring Bench: allows addon to easily add flexible recipes for suits!
- Added 2 new recipes types: "palladium:item_tailoring" & "palladium:suit_tailoring"
- Added fabric items in all 16 colors for addons to utilise (including corresponding item tags)
- (Finally) Added Titanium Ingots - Textures of other titanium items have been updated too
- Added dual wielding ability
- Text of ability wheels now render in the middle
- Added "tint" option to gecko render layers
- Added public registerReloadListener to AddonPackManager for Java addons to register own addon content
- Added "disabledAbilities" config to disable specific abilities on servers
- Fix name change ability not working when player enter other player's view
