Simple Health Indicator

This update improves configurability and adds better representation of a player's health.

• As of this update, Cloth Config is no longer needed to be installed to configure the mod. The config screen is now opened by pressing K.

• The health indicator's visibility can be toggled on/off by pressing H.

• The player's absorption is now included in the indicator.
