Changelog
- Fixed Geokinetic Armor not picking the best material
- Stockpile adding extra cost per power instead of just for Stockpile
- Transferal now uses ability weight as a variable in the stamina % lost during transfer instead of a flat 5% for every power (Better the power the more max stamina lost)
- Fixed chance to get power on spawn not working
