Changelog
- Added new blur method options (frame blending, accumulation)
- All blur methods used by other clients and shaders are now included
- Added ability to output blur directly in OBS
- Recording at high frame rates is no longer needed
- Includes an option for a target FPS output
- Solved translucency and entities being blurred too much
- Limited strength to a maximum of 2 (if you really need higher values, create a github feature request)
