Add the ability to run commands when a kit is claimed. (by @arnokeesman)
/kit commands <kit_name> ...listadd <command_text>remove <command_text>
Requires Permission: kits.manage (or OP)

- Potential bugfix around server crashes that could sometimes be triggered on player leave.
