Kappa

This is a bugfix for Kappa:

• Fixed a crash that would happen when a server had too many players with the same name at the same time.
• Use the HTTPS server at optifine.net when available. If that is unavailable, the original HTTP server at s.optifine.net server will be used in case of outages.

This version was compiled against 21w37a for Java 16 and has been tested to work successfully with:

Additionally, the changes in this release do not touch Minecraft exclusive things, meaning that, theoretically, this release should be binary compatible with every Minecraft version that Kappa v3.0.1 is compatible with.
