GregTech Food Option (GTFO)

This is another minor update requested by Tian_mi. This update does technically add a new feature:

• This mod now has cotton, which can be used to make string! This fixes these issues:
• The baking oven can now use a bronze frame box as well as an iron frame box
• Horseradish no longer has a double tooltip
• Sprinklers no longer have infinitely active particles
• Egg pasta dough no longer has a stupid recipe
