Quality Update

• Internal mod cleanup, recipes now have correct IDs and directories
• Rebalanced several cooking and cutting recipes, greatly improved compatibility with other food mods
• Removed unnecessary, almost duplicate recipes for Chocolate Milk and Truffle Hot Chocolate mugs
• Chilloo Lamp and snow brick can now be cut
• Royal Mushroom Dish and Truffle Oil Potatoes textures have been changed
• Moved the contents of the mods to the creative tab
• Ice knife can now be repaired on the anvil
• Most cooked dishes now apply Comfort or Nourishment.
