Fixes

• Fixed an issue with Dungeon's Delight attempting to access Farmer's Delight registries before it properly loads
• RunicLib v4.3.7+ and Farmer's Delight v1.2.9+ have been marked as required dependencies
• Improved Rotten Dungeon generation, they should not float above water anymore
