Added atmospheric pressure controls in config:

• useAtmosphericPressure (bool, default true)
• atmosphericPressureAmount (double, default 1.0, range 0.0..2.0)

Added fuel configuration table:

• fuelProperties (list of strings in format namespace:fluid=thrustPercent,burnPercent)
