Cobblemon Battle Tower

• Added a full Battle Tower Tasks system with challenge tracking, reward claiming, and a dedicated tasks tab in the tower GUI.
• Added a new Guide tab with built-in localized tips for Singles, Doubles, Co-Op, Boss Mode, team modes, rewards, and boss hold-item suggestions.
• Added editable task config support through config/cobblemon_battle_tower/tasks.json, including support for extending, overriding, or removing tasks.
• Added a separate bp_boss_mode.json config for Boss Mode BP rewards and a dedicated Boss Mode banned Pokemon list.

Fixes Fixed BP shop item names so normal shop entries now use Cobblemon or Mega Showdown item translations instead of fallback English config text.

Adjustments Extended /bt reload to reload tasks and related config changes, and added /bt tasks reset for admin task refresh control.
