Added new command parameters to clean up the list of the commands/7 Commands (and 1 new) cleaned up to 1 command!

All listed commands has been removed/replaced with a parameters system (listed above),

Drops now from the "Mossy Deepslate" and is a deco block, the "Mossy Deepslate" needs now Silk Touch to drop its self!

Operator or other user with permission level 2 or 3 (or the config is not enabled) has now a error text with...
Before: "This Minigame is disabled! Please check the config!"
After/Now: "This Minigame is disabled or you had not the permisssion! Please check the config!"
