Changelog
- Added configuration for enabling/disabling Bedrock edition fog mechanics.
- Added configuration for enabling/disabling biome-specific water opacity.
- Added configuration for overwriting biome water properties (must be edited directly in configuration file for now--sorry!)
- Change compatability behavior when using Sodium (biome-specific water opacity will always be disabled as well as custom textures)
