Bedrock Stuff Update 18.0_27 (1.12.2)

Edit: In a short explanation (and things I forgot to note for the changelog), allmost of the stuff from the newer MC version are ported to the 1.12.2.

12. Ported the legacy gap effects from the 1.18.2+ to 1.12.2 and added this as a item (craftable with 1 dirt and 1 Enchanted Golden Apple)
