a doll's beginning

first release, containing just the most important features so that this ball of a mod can start its rolling. there'll be more to come! hopefully. and likely an abundance of tweaks to the existing stuff too.

• made dolls keysmash a bit
• added armor stand features to dolls
• added shoulder riding for dolls
