Changelog
-Added two advancements related to the atlatl.
-Added sounds to the atlatl.
-Fixed quick charge not working on atlatls, now they increase the minimum distance and accuracy of shot arrows.
-Attack speed of atlatls are now separate from the item in your mainhand. They still share the same attack cooldown visually but they no longer do functionally.
