- New advancement: Vault Hunter - Kill a Sanctum Guardian inside of the vault
- Added a ton of missing mobs to the Admin Menu spawn section

- Redid the backend of Sanctum mob initialization

- Ghastling will no longer instantly die upon spawning/generating
- Loot correctly generates in Pipelines

- Various Sanctum traps are wired and primed correctly
