Block Display Helper

Updated to 1.20

Added Block - to - block display (Carrot on a Stick):

• Right click a block to turn that block into a block display
• Will keep block states of that block
• Block display is interactable with the other items
• Available through /function bdhelper:_give/_all

The copy data book will now:

• Copy block states of block display when shift + left-clicked
• Paste block states when left-clicking a block display
• Paste block states when placing block display with copy book in offhand
