Barely Default Data Pack

Some fun new content and a lot of bug fixes:

• Complete hoe rework! Hoes now have new stats for:
  • Attack damage
  • Attack speed
  • Block interaction range
  • Entity interaction range
• Added three new enchantments: eggstract, experience rend and wisdom
• Looting can now be applied to axes
• Impaling's damage is nerfed from 2.5 damage per level to 2
• Magic protection now protects against dragon breath
• Added a new item dropped by Slim Shady, the "Shady Mask"
• Gave particles to piggy banks to distinguish them from normal pigs
• Gave the three necromancers custom armor
• Glow calamari gives the glowing effect again
• Added nether stew in piglin bartering trades
• Fixed nether bricks in piglin bartering trades to have the "provides trim material" component
• Fixed dirt blocks from grass blocks mined without silk touch to have the "provides trim material" component
• Fixed bricks from common trail ruin archeology to have the "provides trim material" component
• Fixed nameless one minions dropping their armor as loot
• Barely Default Ominous Banners are now the uncommon rarity and given the proper translations
• Changed and removed some loot tables
